This grave marker is a simple engraved wood plaque on a ground stake, made to mark a resting place or a memorial tree. You give us the name, the dates and a few words of your own, and we engrave them line by line. It is laser cut and engraved real wood in a natural wood finish. Sometimes there is a wait of many months before a headstone is set. Sometimes there will never be one, because the ashes were scattered under a favorite tree, or the grave is a small one at the back of the yard for a dog who slept by the door for fourteen years.

- Keep it to a few short lines; the smaller the plaque, the less it holds. Shorter lines engrave larger.

Wood left outdoors grays and weathers with sun and rain. Push the stake into soft soil rather than rocky ground, and check your cemetery’s rules for markers.
