The Made Right Promise

Personalized gifts carry a risk nobody talks about. We carry it.

The name gets typed once, cut once, shipped once. Most shops push the risk onto you: double-check your spelling, final sale, may vary from the picture.

  1. Our mistake, made right. We cut exactly what you type, so a typo in your text isn't covered; if we cut it wrong, we remake it.
  2. Damaged on arrival, remade free. Send us a photo and we'll fix it.
  3. One honest price. Marked once, charged as marked. No "regular price" that nobody ever paid.

Four doors

Everything we make, behind four doors.

  1. Pick the sign, the size and the finish. Each sign has its own size and finish menu on its page, with the names and photos beside it.
  2. Type the name in the box. It has its own instructions, an example and a character limit. We cut exactly what you type; read it once more before adding it to your cart.
  3. We cut it in Texas and ship it to you. It ships in 3 to 5 business days with Free Shipping, and if we get it wrong, we make it right.

The workshop

Off the laser bed and into the box, in Texas.

Every sign is cut to order at our shop in Texas. It's lifted off the laser bed and packed by the same people who cut it. No warehouse, no middle step.

Picture the box arriving the week before the wedding. She reads the names out loud; they're right.

For your business

Your logo, cut in layered wood or black steel.

For the shop wall, the office door or the booth at the market. Cut to order in Texas, Free Shipping, and the same promise as every other piece we make.

We cut from the logo file as you send it; there's no proof step, so send the final version. A PNG, SVG, AI or PDF works; vector files cut most accurately. After you order, email the file to support@custommonogrammed.com with your order number.

Questions

The things people ask before they type the name.

All help topics
How do I know it'll be spelled right?

Every personalized sign has a plain box with its own instructions, an example and a character limit. We cut exactly what you type, so read it once more before you add it to your cart. If we make a mistake, we make it right.

What if I make a typo?

We cut exactly what you type, and all sales are final on custom orders, so a typo in your own text isn't covered. If you spot one right after ordering, email us with the order number.

Cutting starts as orders come in, so we can't promise to catch it, but if it hasn't been cut we'll fix the text.

Will it hold up outside?

Steel signs are laser-cut steel with a black powder-coat finish; a few raw-steel pieces arrive bare and rust naturally outdoors, on purpose. Wood signs are laser-cut real wood. Each product page's Care section says where that sign belongs.

How do I hang it?

It depends on the sign: holes, a stake, a flat mount or hangers. The Details section on each product page says which. → Help

How much is shipping?

Free Shipping on every order to a US address, no minimum.

How fast will it arrive?

Every sign is cut to order and ships in 3 to 5 business days. After that the carrier sets the pace, so we don't quote an arrival date; if you need it by a day, email us before you order.

Leave it, and the moment passes with a card and a gift receipt.

Two years on, it's still the first thing people see at the door. The only thing left to double-check is the spelling, and which wall.
