Where we ship
United States only. We do not ship outside the United States at the moment.
Free Shipping
Every price includes Free Shipping to any US address, with no minimum order. That includes every size, up to our largest pieces.
Processing time
Every piece is cut to order in our shop in Texas and ships in 3 to 5 business days.
Carriers and delivery
Orders ship by USPS or UPS. Once your order is with the carrier, the carrier sets the pace, so we don’t quote an arrival date. If you need your order by a certain date, email us before you order.
Address errors
Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because of an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment [NEED: Richard Parkin: who pays for reshipment].
Damaged or lost parcels
If your order arrives damaged, email support@custommonogrammed.com with your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery, and we remake it free under the Made Right Promise. [NEED: Richard Parkin: what happens when a parcel is lost in transit.]
