Who we are
Custom Monogrammed is operated by Olympus Peak LLC, a Nevada limited liability company doing business as Custom Monogrammed, at 2612 Howard Loop, Salado, TX 76571, United States. Questions about this policy go to support@custommonogrammed.com.
What we collect
- When you place an order: your name, email address, shipping and billing addresses, phone number if you give one, the personalization text you type for your sign, and your order history.
- When you email us a logo or photo for your order: the file and the email it came with.
- When you contact us: your messages, so we can answer you.
- When you browse: pages viewed, the site or ad that brought you, device and browser information, collected by cookies and similar tools (see below).
How we use it
To make and ship your order, to send order and shipping emails, to answer your questions, to honor the Made Right Promise, to understand how the site is used so we can improve it, and, only if you opt in, to send marketing email or text messages. The personalization text and files you send are used only to make your order.
Cookies and analytics
The store uses cookies needed for the cart and checkout to work. It also uses:
- Google Analytics, to measure visits and sales;
- Jetpack Stats and WooCommerce’s own order attribution, which records the source of a visit that leads to an order;
- Klaviyo and Brevo, our email marketing tools, which may recognize you on the site if you have signed up or opened one of our emails;
- an affiliate referral cookie, kept for 7 days, so we can credit a partner who sent you to us.

Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Cash App Pay). We never see or store your full card number; Stripe handles it under its own privacy policy.
Order, shipping and support emails are sent from support@custommonogrammed.com. Marketing emails go only to people who opted in, through Klaviyo or Brevo [NEED: which one is used], and every one has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share data with
Stripe to take payment; USPS and UPS, through ShipStation, to deliver your order; Google, Automattic (Jetpack), Klaviyo and Brevo for the purposes above; and our website hosting provider. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires [NEED: retention period from Jeremy/Avi]. Other data is kept until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@custommonogrammed.com from the email address you used to order. Residents of states with privacy laws (such as California) may have additional rights, which we honor on request.
Children
The store is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
