You must be 18 or older to order. Checkout is available as a guest; no account is required.
Products and personalization
Every sign is cut to order from the size, finish and personalization you choose on the product page. Each personalized sign has its own box with instructions, an example and a character limit. We cut exactly what you type, and there is no proof or preview before cutting, so please check spelling, dates and numbers before you order. Product photos show the design; the design and size you receive match the listing, with your own personalization.
Logos and photos you send
For logo and photo pieces, email your file to support@custommonogrammed.com with your order number after you order. We accept PNG, SVG, AI or PDF; vector files cut most accurately. A PNG or JPG needs at least 300 DPI at the finished size (600 DPI for detailed designs) with clean, clearly defined edges. We cut from the file as you send it. You confirm that you own, or are licensed to use, any logo, artwork or photo you send.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and include Free Shipping within the United States. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where the law requires it. Payment is taken in full at checkout through our payment provider.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. We may cancel and refund an order we cannot make, and we will tell you why.
Shipping
Every piece ships in 3 to 5 business days, within the United States only. See the Shipping Policy.
Returns and the Made Right Promise
Because every piece is cut to order, all sales are final and we cannot take returns or exchanges for a change of mind. If we make a mistake, we make it right, and if your piece arrives damaged, we remake it free. Claims are made within 30 days of delivery. A typo in the text you entered is not covered. See the Refund and Returns Policy.
Intellectual property
The site, its text, designs and photos belong to Olympus Peak LLC or its licensors. Your personalization text stays yours.
Limitation of liability
