Send us a clear photo and we engrave it into the natural wood surface, so the image becomes part of the piece and the grain shows through. - In the personalization box, tell us who or what is in the photo and how you want it cropped.
- After checkout, send your photo by Etsy Message. Use the original file, not a screenshot.
- Please send a photo you took yourself or have permission to use.

Every piece is cut to order in our shop in Texas. Please allow 3 to 5 business days before your order ships. Free Shipping within the United States. We ship within the United States only.

Because every piece is cut to order just for you, all sales are final, and we cannot take returns or exchanges if you change your mind. Please double-check your spelling, dates and numbers before you order. If we make a mistake, we will make it right. And if anything is not right when your order arrives, message us with a photo. We will do everything we can to fix it.
